Join tens of thousands of people to watch the Capital Pride Parade in the Nation’s Capital and one of Washington, DC’s, favorite parades! The Parade travels 1.5 miles through Dupont Circle and 17th Street and ends in the Logan Circle neighborhood. The Parade will include more than 180 contingents–floats, vehicles, walkers, entertainment–consisting of local businesses, Capital Pride Heroes and Engendered Spirit awardees, politicians, community groups, drag queens, dogs, and much more. You’ll get the chance to see hundreds of people as you walk by and get to give them free stuff. Plus, you’ll get your very own The DC Center tee-shirt! Please make sure to indicate your size when you select your ticket (a $5 donation is encouraged to cover the cost of the t-shirt). We will contact all participants after you register with the specific details you will need to know to join us as a center marcher/volunteer.
