The event will be led by Catherine Yourougou, Staff Attorney with AARP Legal Counsel for the Elderly, which will include a Q&A portion.

– Last Will and Testament. Who gets your property after death.

– Transfer on Death Deed (TODD). Pass your home to loved one without probate.

– Financial Power of Attorney (FPOA). Protect against guardianship.

– Healthcare Power of Attorney (HPOA). Make your healthcare decisions known.
